If you cannot find the homestay you want to stay in under the Accommodation column, you cannot directly add the homestay you want to stay in to the Accommodation. You can change it like this: search for the address or name of the homestay you want to stay in in the navigation interface. If you can find it, click "Collection" to "Location", add it from the collection interface to the last "Scenic Spot" of that day's itinerary... and it will become the starting point of the second day.
