If I go to Phnom Penh first and then want to go to Angkor Wat, are there local guides who can take me to Angkor Wat or are there cars that can get there? How do I get there more conveniently ?

Go to a proper hotel and find a local who can speak both Chinese and English. 90 or 100 US dollars can cover the cost of a car to Angkor Wat.
There are long-distance buses to Angkor from Phnom Penh. You can buy the ticket at the bus station, which costs 7 US dollars. You can also join a tour group organized by travel agencies in Phnom Penh. Alternatively, you can go to Angkor by yourself and find a local guide there.
I will go to Phnom Penh for two nights and one day in November, and then fly to Siem Reap for four days and three nights, including a private car and tour guide.
