I have been to the Getty Center, but I haven't been to the villa you mentioned. There is only a parking fee at the center, no admission fee or ticket check, parking is $20 before 3 o'clock, $15 after 3 o'clock, and it's cheaper after 5 o'clock, around $10. If you stay for less than one hour, you will not be charged a parking fee.
