Excuse me, do German hotels usually provide slippers, toothbrushes, and towels ?

Yes.

Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Towels are provided, but it's better to bring your own, as the hotel's towels may not be clean. Slippers are also not provided. Among all the hotels I have stayed in, only Radisson Blu provided paper slippers.

No toothpaste or toothbrushes are provided! But towels and bath towels are usually available! And most of them have a two-in-one shampoo and body wash.
