Excuse me, can you use domestic bank cards to withdraw money from ATMs in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden ?

This Spring Festival, I went to Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Before departure, I prepared 2000 Norwegian kroner and 500 euros in cash. Credit cards were widely accepted everywhere (including gas stations), so I didn't feel the need to withdraw cash. I saw an ATM in the Finnish Christmas Village.
Never tried, but in Denmark and Norway, except for buses, there is no place where you cannot use a card. You can use a card in any small store. I regret it so much. I only need to exchange a little cash at home. You really don't need to exchange too much. It's so convenient to use a card.
