Excuse me, do children under the age of nine have to use car seats when driving in Malaysia ?

As long as it's not choking, it should be okay.

No so strict.

Based on height, it shouldn't be necessary. I didn't use a child seat. I'm 10 years old and the rental car company said it wasn't necessary.
No need to use. My family didn't use it when I was 6 years old. Driving in Malaysia is still very good, but Kuala Lumpur is a bit chaotic, and Malacca is very easy to drive.
