"What does it mean? Limit speed to 100, but take a curve at 90?" ?

90 Degree turn. The turn must be very large
Many curves have speed limits such as 60, 70, 80, etc. For example, if the limit is 60, you are fine as long as you do not exceed 70 when going around the curve (mainly because I am in a hurry, so I drive fast).
In New Zealand, there is a speed limit sign for safe passing at every bend.
