Take bus 767/769 from Britomart Transport Centre (specifically stop 7010 on Tyler St) in the city centre, and get off at Tamaki Dr Opp Averill Ave (stop 7336). Alternatively, take a taxi from the city centre for around $25 NZD one way, with a travel time of 15 minutes. The Auckland Explorer Bus also has a stop at Mission Bay.
