Introduction
Located in the center of Pisa, Knight Square may be small in size, but the surrounding low-rise buildings give it a more intimate feel. For the academic city of Pisa, this little square is undoubtedly one of its gems. On one side of the square stands the beautiful building of Scuola Normale, with a statue of Cosimo I de'Medici in front. This university is one of the most famous professional institutions in Italy, having been home to multiple Nobel laureates. On the other side, there are the law and literature faculties of the University of Pisa, as well as the university canteen, providing students with convenient and diverse services.
