Introduction

The Fossos Grand Theatre was a renovation project carried out by the Romans from 41 AD to 117 AD, aimed at improving the viewing experience of the theatre. This theatre can accommodate 25,000 people, with each row of seats designed to be steeper than the previous one, starting from the stage, in order to enhance the visibility and auditory experience of the upper outer audience.
