Introduction

Cotton Castle is a highland where rich minerals flow from underground hot springs and deposit over thousands of years, forming layers of white semi-circular steps that look like large cotton blooms standing on the hills. This natural landscape is affectionately called Pamukkale ("Cotton Palace" in Turkish) by the locals, and houses various natural pools of different sizes, arranged in layers and reflecting various sparkling colors, creating a stunning and unique scenery that is breathtaking.
