Introduction

The Sherakg Mountain, located deep in the Lysjaur Canyon, is a holy land favored by hikers. Although not as famous as the Pulpit Rock, its unique charm still makes people yearn for it. Starting from the Øygardstøl parking lot on the mountainside, the hiking trail is 6 kilometers long with a drop of 600 meters and is marked with red T signs along the way. The first half requires climbing iron chains, which is intense and takes 5-6 hours round trip. After reaching the summit, people can enjoy the beautiful scenery at an altitude of 1020 meters. The Sherakg Berdon stone is also a major attraction here, also known as the Miracle Stone, with a diameter of about 2 meters and hanging above the canyon. Brave people can stand on it to experience the thrill and challenge.
