Introduction

Kenting Ranch, located on the Hengchun Peninsula, is one of the largest beef cattle breeding farms in Taiwan. It covers an area of 1,149 hectares and is operated by the Hengchun Branch of the Livestock Research Institute. The grazing area of the ranch is very extensive, from the beaches of Kenting to the grasslands surrounding Da and Xiao Jianshan. The lush grass and beautiful scenery provide a natural habitat for many free-roaming cattle and sheep. In addition, visitors can enjoy a distant view of the 318-meter-high Dajianshi Mountain.
