Introduction

The Pashin Temple, located in the northern part of the city near the Kok River, was first built in the 14th century and has a long history. It is said that it was modeled after the Prasingh Temple in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and houses the Phra Singh Buddha statue. The murals in the temple's hall depict ancient costumes and customs, representing the highest level of traditional art in northern Thailand.
