Introduction
Grassalkovich Palace is a palace building and also the residence of the President of Slovakia in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. The architectural style is Rococo and the highlight is the French garden inside. From 1939 to 1945, it was the residence of the President of Slovakia. During the communist era, the palace was used as a government office. It wasn't fully renovated until the early 1990s and now it shines with a new vitality.
