Introduction

The Jinggangshan Revolution Museum is located in the center of Ciping, adjacent to Yicui Lake. It is set against the backdrop of the Jinggangshan main peak, the Memorial Tower for Revolutionary Martyrs, the Martyrs Cemetery, and Yicui Lake. It is the first local revolutionary museum in China, and was the former site of the first rural revolutionary base in China. The museum houses a large number of valuable historical relics and materials, and introduces the process of creating, consolidating, and developing the rural revolutionary base. In addition, the museum is popular among young people throughout China and has become a model for patriotic education. The museum's logo was inscribed by General Zhu De in March 1962.
