Introduction

Wucaitan is located on the north bank of the Irtysh River, about 24 kilometers northwest of Burqin County in Xinjiang. It is a famous river beach scenic area with Yadan landform. The hilly geological forms here are diverse and colorful, especially in the evening when the sunset shines, the scenery is even more brilliant and beautiful. On the other side of the river is a dense poplar forest, reflecting on the river, creating a beautiful picture. In autumn, the maple and poplar forests here turn into golden and orange, becoming a must-visit place for photography enthusiasts. When visiting Wucaitan, it is necessary to walk on the designated path on the plank road because the geological structure here is loose and fragile and needs to be protected. Do not trample or climb. At the same time, since the temperature difference before and after sunset in Xinjiang is large, it is recommended that tourists prepare warm clothing in order to avoid getting cold after the sunset.
