Meanwhile, the spectacular Xiwu Peak is opposite Hamdeok Beach, and the waves are moderate, making it a good place for coastal surfing. On Jeju's unique basalt coast, the towering lighthouse guides fishermen and enhances the surrounding beauty, creating a beautiful landscape painting.
Hamdeok Beach is also an important producer of watermelons on Jeju Island, and coastal seafood restaurants provide fresh sashimi. If you enjoy fishing, there is the Beonchun Fishing ground about 2 kilometers east of the beach, which is also a great choice for experiencing the simple fishing village life. Opening hours From June 28th to August 31st, the beach is open from 9:00 am to sunset. However, the night beach is open from July 13th to August 18th from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
