Introduction

The Gawler Ranges is a spectacular wilderness landscape with untouched and magnificent scenery. The massive volcanic rock hills display vibrant colors and create a strong contrast with the pure white salt lakes in the area, including Lake Gairdner. It is particularly famous for kangaroos, wedge-tailed eagles, and koalas. The region is also an excellent destination for coastal experiences, such as swimming with sea lions and dolphins in Baird Bay.
