Introduction

Formerly the residence of the President of the Nationalist Government, the Meiling Palace is one of the most elegant and magnificent buildings in Nanjing. The main building is a three-story palace with multi-eaves and a grand green glazed tile roof. The interior is extremely luxurious, with various trees and flowers planted around it, emitting a fresh and fragrant scent. The current Meiling Palace still retains its original appearance, with Chiang Kai-shek and Soong Mei-ling's bedroom on the east side and a Meiling painting exhibition on the ground floor. On the second floor, there is a place called "First Lady Café", where people can enjoy the historical sedimentation and feel the atmosphere of the past.

Transportation

Take bus route 34 and get off at Boaiyuan Bus Stop, then walk about 284 meters to reach the destination. Inside the scenic area, there is a free sightseeing mini train. Take Line 1 of the sightseeing train and get off at Meiling Palace (Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum Museum) Station, then walk about 130 meters to reach the destination.
