Their self-owned brand - Two Birds, combines professional brewing techniques with taste revolution.
Goat Hill Craft Beer Bar, which is known as a mecca for street photography by the locals, has a 20-year history and is one of the earliest bars to brew craft beer. It has also produced many popular beers, including Hightail Ale, derived from English-style Amber Ale, and Steam Ale, Australia's first organic beer with a refreshing taste. Limited edition brands are also launched in each season.
Moon Dog Brewery
From simple decorations to a mini van parked at the door, the bar has a strong personal style and loves to push the limits. Moon Dog's own craft beer brand is also known for its wild personality. The Crafty (James) Squire
This is the only craft beer bar still operating in the Melbourne city center. They brew and serve their own beer on-site. In addition, they also offer a full range of "Squire" beers to choose from. This craft beer bar occupies a place on the highly competitive Smith st bar street with its retro and elegant art architecture interior style. It has the most comprehensive collection of craft beers and more than 50 different types of draught beers from all over Australia. It is a sanctuary for experiencing beers from other cities.
Stomping Ground Brewery
A light and fresh atmosphere, along with a variety of self-brewed beers, has solidified its position in the Melbourne craft beer scene. Free brewery tours are available every Saturday and Sunday at 12pm.
