Royal Ontario Museum
The Royal Ontario Museum currently has over 6 million artifacts from Canada and around the world and is the largest cultural and natural history museum in Canada. The museum's permanent exhibit halls showcase themes such as dinosaurs, ancient Egypt, gemstones, and minerals.
Ancient distillery area
This was once the largest brewery district in the British Empire and the location of the famous Gooderham & Worts distillery. In 2003, this historic site was transformed into an open visitor attraction. Today, it is widely regarded as one of Canada's most important art, culture, and entertainment destinations, attracting numerous visitors to admire historical buildings, taste delicious food, enjoy art performances, and have a memorable journey.
Ontario Art Gallery
The appearance of this museum, designed by the famous architect Frank Gehry, is itself an attraction. The museum houses over 80,000 artworks and covers an area of 45,000 square meters, making it one of the largest art museums in North America.
Ontario Science Centre
The Ontario Science Centre has over 600 interactive exhibits and demonstrations distributed in its ten themed exhibition halls. These themes range from space and sports to earth sciences and more. Here you can use a mini planetarium to explore the mysteries of the universe, or ride a simulated sled to enter limestone caves and discover what lies inside. Additionally, the Ontario Science Centre is the only IMAX Dome theatre in Ontario, where you can experience the sensation of exploring space.
