Miyaro
Miaoliu is one of the largest red leaf scenic areas discovered and open to the public in China. Every year in the autumn season, it is the most beautiful time of the year, with spectacular red leaves covering the mountains. Currently, the only way to see the red leaves here is to hike in the ditches on both sides of the road, and the timing of the red leaves changes every year, so remember to consult the scenic area before coming. In addition to the red leaves, there are also unique buildings such as stone villages, ancient castles, and watchtowers belonging to the Tibetan and Qiang ethnic minorities, as well as many ancient customs that have been preserved.
Daocheng County
Here have all the elements of the snowy plateau, with Yading Scenic Area being the most famous. The scenic area has the famous "Three Holy Mountains" Xian Nai Ri, Yang Mai Yong, and Xia Nuo Duo Ji; the world's largest ancient glacier relic - Haizi Mountain; as well as beautiful red grassland, green poplar forest, Luorong cattle farm, and crystal clear Milk Sea, Pearl Sea, and Five-Color Sea, known as the "last pure land on the blue planet."
Xinduqiao
Xinduqiao is a small town in the western part of Kangding County, known as the "paradise for photographers". When visiting Daocheng, it is necessary to make a stop in Xinduqiao. The most beautiful scenery of Xinduqiao is mainly concentrated along a 10-kilometer scenic corridor, 2 kilometers east and west of the town. Typical Tibetan villages are scattered along the road, nestled among mountains and rivers, with yaks and flocks of sheep adding to the picturesque and tranquil atmosphere.
Xiapu
Xiapu's beauty is unique in each season. Between the tides, the exposed mudflats create a breathtaking scene, complemented by the eerie and mysterious sea poles, dreamlike seafaring homes, and the exquisite glow of the sunset... Every shot is a masterpiece, showcasing Xiapu's distinctive autumn colors. Xiapu's long coastline, shallow sea, and fine sandy mudflats attract many photography enthusiasts from around the world every year.
Beijing Fragrant Hills Park is a royal garden with mountain and forest features. The park is home to numerous cultural relics and historical sites, such as the "Clear Snow over Western Mountains," one of the Eight Scenic Spots of Yanjing, and the "Biyun Temple," a temple combining architectural styles from the Ming and Qing dynasties. However, the most well-known and captivating feature of the park is the autumn red leaves of Fragrant Hills, making it the best season to visit. In 1986, it was also named one of the "Sixteen New Landscapes of Beijing" and became the most vibrant autumn scenery in the capital.
Longji Rice Terraces
The Longji Terraced Fields have a history of over 650 years and are a grand group of terraced fields known as "the Crown of Terraced Fields in the World". The Longji Terraced Fields are divided into three parts: Jinkeng Terraced Fields, Ping'an Zhuang Terraced Fields, and Longji Ancient Zhuang Village Terraced Fields. The villages of the Yao and Zhuang ethnic groups are scattered throughout the terraced fields, and every year during the "Sun-drying Festival" of the Red Yao ethnic group, families hang out their beautiful floral clothes and skirts to dry, creating a splendid sight.
