The car rental company asked me to submit my address, and I gave them the address on my driver's license. How was I supposed to know they were going to mail me a ticket? And I gave them my email address, so why didn't they just email it to me? Shipping international express is expensive, and it still has to be charged to us. Making such a simple thing so complicated! And then blaming us for bad credit in the end ?

Sending emails is regular mail, not express delivery, and you won't have to pay for postage. Regular mail is very slow.

It's a regular letter! I received one once, three months after I returned the car, and it was a traffic ticket from the police station. It had the location, license plate, and a photo of the driver.
