When we stopped to rest in Eysturoy, the sky was pink in the distance, like a macaron, as beautiful as a girl. More than 20 kilometers away from the destination, people who have been there all say that this mountain road is difficult to drive and will take more than an hour. I don't know how difficult it is to drive. When the car entered, I found that this short 20-kilometer experience has been unforgettable to me, and it can be described as breathtaking ?

I also walked this road, and the scenery along the way is unforgettable. The so-called difficult part is when the road completely passes through the fog, with visibility of only a few meters. I guess there is a cliff next to it, so you have to be very careful.

The section you mentioned has good actual road conditions, all paved roads, and there should be no problem when the weather is good. However, because it is a mountain pass, the altitude is relatively high and it is easy to snow. On snowy days, visibility is not good and the road surface is easy to slip. You should be fine in August.
