Friends, I wonder if on ordinary roads, if the sign says 70 km/h, can you exceed the speed limit? If there is no sign on the expressway indicating the speed limit, what is the speed limit ?

It's best not to speed in the city center, which is usually 50. There are many roads being repaired on the way to CK town, so be sure to pay attention to safety! On the highway, the locals are usually around 140-180, just be careful not to occupy the left lane for a long time. It's okay if you're on the right lane, the left lane is for overtaking, and they usually overtake and then go back to the right after that. Use Google Navigation and add a gas station when leaving CK, and buy Austrian highway tickets in advance! Be sure to stick them on properly. I didn't stick them on right and was caught on the highway near Linz, and I don't even know how to be punished...

Czech highways usually have a speed limit of 130 km/h, and regular roads have a speed limit of 70 km/h. You can basically ignore the signs, just follow the local traffic, but you must slow down to below 50 km/h when entering a town.
