Excuse me, do you have any experience using credit cards for self-service fueling? Is it that you need to swipe 100 first and then get the money back ?

I just added it and ran to the store to pay.

Directly swipe away 200 and then return the unsuccessful transaction, then deduct the money for this refueling.

Generally, in unmanned gas stations, keep the specific amount of the receipt after filling the gas, and then reconcile it after the specific entry.

"Brush 100 plus 100 and return it. Brush 100 plus 80 and return 20. The time of return is uncertain."

I used my Bank of China credit card to fill up at the Allied self-service gas station across from the Milford Sound parking lot on the 15th. I followed the steps and filled up with $53.25. However, since my phone had no signal at the time, I didn't receive the deduction message. When I finally got a signal, I saw that $100 had been deducted. I called the gas company the next day, and they said it would take several working days to refund the excess deduction from the foreign credit card.

Self-service credit card fueling is to lock your credit card limit of 100 or 150 yuan, deduct how much you have added after you have finished refueling, and unlock the locked credit card limit of 100 or 150 yuan before you finish refueling; if it is not a self-service gas station, just add oil and tell the clerk which gun number to pay directly at the store.
